i just found out that my 6-month wedding workout plan increases to 40 minutes of cardio 3 times a week starting next week. holy cow. i've never worked out that much in my life! but i'm excited to really get my butt in shape, and i'm hoping august will be a great month for weight loss. goal for september 1 = 120 lbs.
