April 16, 2006

A fictitious conversation I had on the evening of the 16th, with no socks on.

me: "damn metaphysical wool!"
him: "what? metaphysical wool?"
me: "makes you existentially itchy!"
him: "yeah, that's why I like polyester realities."

Other random that is too good

matt (conrad) good is playing a show, opening up for the fabulous aria eaton outside on hogue hall steps at greenville college the night of april 24th and it will be spectactular. I will likely be selling my album at a discounted rate. It would be marvelous if anyone cared to come. I saw a band on austin city limits tonight that sounded a lot like aria, only not as good and the chick couldn't sing in tune. she had more angst though, so points for her.
aimee mann's album "Lost in Space" is the soundtrack to my life since i bought it in a used record shop in nashville on spring break.
